Step 1
Receive tracking number
As soon as you place an order we confirm payment and send you a tracking reference.

Step 2
Locker dispatch notification
When the parcel arrives at the InPost locker, you receive an email + SMS with the pickup code.

Step 3
Head to the assigned locker
Visit the selected InPost terminal at any time that suits you within the 72h holding window.

Step 4
Scan or enter the code
Enter the pickup digits or scan the QR code at the kiosk. The door pops open and your parcel is inside.
